WPM manages nearly 25,000 homes in the Mid-Atlantic region, so there’s always exciting news to report about our people and properties.
WPM Real Estate Management has promoted Jennifer Torres to Regional Property Manager. In this new role, she will be responsible for serving WPM's clients, developing high performing teams and working on business development in the Pennsylvania market.
"Jennifer earned this promotion because of the professional, proactive and dedicated way in which serves WPM communities every day," says Len Frenkil, WPM President of Multifamily Real Estate. "She lives out WPM's core values of integrity, strength, energy and excellence and applies these principles to managing properties. The results are properties that thrive and exceed owners' expectations."
Jennifer Torres joined WPM in 2013. Prior to this promotion, she served as Senior Property Manager. Torres began her career in 2010 as a Resident Service Manager with EDR Trust and was recruited by Asset Campus Housing and Campus Apartments to serve as a Property Manager. In 2014, Jennifer was awarded Property Manager of the Year by her local National Apartment Association (NAA) affiliate and obtained her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation. Torres actively serves as an Advisory Board of Director member for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association-Central.
Torres is currently studying to obtain her CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation through NAA and is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Internally, Jennifer is a member of WPM's Marketing and Training Committee and is a 2016 F.L.I.T.E (Future Leaders in Training for Excellence) graduate, where she now serves as an instructor for the financial course in this program.
"I'm honored to be promoted to Regional Manager and be part of an organization where people matter and our performance truly adds value," says Torres.
